Colonial Gardens Mobile Home Community is owned by two Southern California Investors, Joe Lahore and Matt Antoniou.
Joe Lahore has been investing in real estate since 2002. He has been involved in various transactions as a buyer, rehabber, retailer, wholesaler, partner and consultant. His specialty is mobile home parks and he manages his own rental single family residence portfolio. Joe also owns a full service printing and promotional marketing company – www.proforma.com/is
Matt Antoniou is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and has been investing in real estate since 1999. He owns and manages an extensive residential and commercial rental portfolio aside from his mobile home park. He specializes in lease options, seller finance, rehabs and property management.
